The Mvakali and company was established in 2003 by a professional accountant cum business advisor with a mission to provide business services to small and medium businesses. Over the years more skills such as training and brokerage services were added to offer comprehensive services. The company has strong clientele from African business community across the industries and sectors.
The company is wholly owned by the Chief Executive Officer who is a professional accountant, registered and professional tax practitioner, professional business advisor or consultant, accredited trainer in business skills and had experience as information and systems manager. With this background and experience, the company is able to offer a wide range of business services to SMMEs.
Over the years the Mvakali & Company has had an impact on the development of SMMEs. We have registered companies, close corporations, co-operatives for clients, help them to comply with relevant taxation laws and sectoral regulations, compiled company profiles and business plans for entrepreneurs, trained entrepreneurs in business management skills, advised and coached on development of businesses, raised capital from institutions and banks to finance operations and lately we certify their BBBEE status. All our services are meant to help each entity to achieve long-term viability and contribute to the South African economy.
At corporate level, we, in consortia or joint ventures, have consulted with government departments and trained employees of parastatals. Currently we have service level agreements with business development parastatals. We are also raising funds for development of sport and facilities in various municipal areas.
